Can't Sack *** Man

Having a wee bit of trouble. I have an *** man that I want rid of so I can bring in my own. I have offered mutual termination and sacking him but the board say 'excessive compensation would have to be paid' and blocked his departure. Are there any other ways to get him to leave? I'm with Bayern Munich in case that makes a difference.

you may have to leave it for a season and the compensation would be lower, If you just start a game they usually accept mutual term. if not then your stuck for a season i reckon

well you could get him to sign a 1 year contract so at the end of the season he will leave ?
just a suggestion off the top of my head dont know if it'll work ?

Probably best to leave it until the end of the season, you could try not giving him any responsibilty so he feels insignificant
