Cant Save !!!! Help Me pls

Hi to All managers.i have 10.1 version and install it manually(without steam).I go into game but when i want to save game,I cant and the message comes that { put cd into drive.....}.I want to know if it depends to newer patches, I download them or the Problem Is Somewhere else?

this error is popping up more and more and nobody has answered it

hey finally found this after useless advice/comments on this site :S
i don't know how to start a thread otherwise I would
you need to do a complete manual install and check ur hard disk

HOW TO FIX SAVE GAME ERRORS OR MOST ERRORS THAT ARE STILL HAPPENING AFTER UNINSTALLS
