Can't scout own Under 18's team

This has had me stumped, basically when I go to my Under 18's squad there's no ratings and I can't get a report on the players because it says "you don't have an assistant manager".

However I do have an Assistant Manager, I also have a Reserves Manager, Under 18's manager and Under 18's assistant manager. Any ideas why I'm getting this error...

Only thing I can recomend is saving you game, closing fm then re-opening it

Seriously though, I got this too. I restarted my game but it wouldn't sort it. I just played on and luckily I was near the end of the season, because the next season it sorted itself out
