Can't see the supporters !!

Hi guys
I downloaded FM 2011 via steam and everything was ok till I started playing my first match
I can see only the players and the reservers but there but I can't see the fans or any part of the stadium .. I tried to change the league but the problem wasn't solved

please help

I don't know, is there option to show crowd or not? I'm not sure,maybe is that

You need to go to Preferences -> Display and Sound

Should be in there somewhere I think.

Usually there are no crowd in your first match (against the reservers). It is 100% normal, mate
You will see your supporters as soon as you head for friendly-matches against "real teams".

Crowd doesnt appear when your playing Reserves, dont fuss too much
