Can't select certain nations?

Hi, I've been trying to start a new manager file in the game but I keep getting these caution signs on some nations (Spain, Scotland, Belgium, and more) which disallow me from selecting them, I'm using the 10.3.2 update by stuw. Here is some screen shots I took. It has never happened before.

If anybody has a solution to this problem that would be great, thank you.

Try deselecting some of the editor files first before deleting them.

StuW has edited Italy and League One, so you shouldn't have both files running.

Delete them all and start over?

Have you downloaded the latest one? Are you using the 10.3 patch? other than that, there isn't anything else. There should be 8 or 9 files in the most recent update, and it only works on 10.3 patch. Click the link in my sig to get link for the newest one.

Yeah, Thank you... I just realized that I had not been using the 10.3 patch, which I thought I already had been but whatever. It solves the problem, Thanks to every one who helped.
