Bit weird. I have players complaining about a high training workload so I click on the focus intensity in the main screen (see screenshot below) and for some reason when I change it, the blue selection bar will select on someone above and change their focus intensity level to the same value and then when I click back on the original person, their focus intensity has returned to its original value but the other person's value is still the same as what I wanted for the original person in the first place (if that makes any sense). Basically the wrong person is being given the wrong focus intensity.

The only way I can avoid this issue is to click on the performance column for the person I want, to bring up their own screen (see screenshot below). The value stays changed to what I want without jumping and changing someone else's.
