I'm 30 games into a new FM12 save with Oxford United, using my tried and trusted 4132 formation which got me back-to-back promotions on my Peterborough save.
It's a narrow 4132 formation with a DM in behind 3 CM's: 2 AP's either side of a BWM. It's especially good from a defensive point of view. Every season I've used it I've conceded the least amount of goals in the league. This is no different with Oxford, once again I'm bottom of the goals against table. What's proving a little trickier, though, is scoring.
I'm dominating games, but I'm not turning that into clear-cut chances and goals. And even when I do get a clear-cut chance it's normally squandered.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Here are a couple of screenshots to show you my current set-up.
