Can't upload tactics to my FM2012 Game.

I have downloaded numerous tactics, put them in folders in my FM2012 documents, but when i go to upload them to the game they aren't there? i had no problem on FM2011 downloading and using tactics but this year i am having problems.
suggestions anyone?

Are they in C:\Users\yourname\SI\fm12\tactics ? If no then make a tactics folder and move them there. If yes then go into tactics on fm 12 game, click add tactic, click use existing tactic, click on archived tactics
