If you really are still struggling in these big games, post up your complete tactic from the game and the PKM of it, if you don't mind. That way I/we can help you analyse what's going on.
After a match or if you click on a fixture, there's an option to Save Match. It saves it as a PKM, which is a small file (only a few KBs) and can be watched by anyone with FM15 and is on the same version/build as you.
Is this just the same match? You haven't put any effort into learning anything by yourself? You haven't played another big match with this tactic a bit more fluid? You haven't even read my last post properly?
I'm sorry, but if you're going to be lazy, I'm not going to even try.
I mean exactly what I said. Read it again.
You made many changes, so the tactic isn't fluid. Why didn't you try this again in the next big match with the tactic more fluid? Why didn't you post your analysis of that Man Utd vs Arsenal match?
I've also asked that you post your complete tactic along with the PKM. You haven't even done that. How am I supposed to know with what settings you played that match?
AGAIN, you're just randomly adding TIs. If you're playing around from 1 TI to 7 TIs, you're not thinking and just hoping to get lucky. Fine if you want to play a lottery, but I don't want any part of it.
That's certainly different to what you originally had and you're still not bothering to show instructions?? You're also still showing 7 instructions?? Chopping and changing all over the place isn't going to help you.
Looking at the analysis, Depay was wasteful with his shooting.
Watching just the highlights of the first 20 mins, I'm convinced you're not watching matches.
Your front 3
- They are completely separated from the rest of the team. On the counter, the ball doesn't get quickly to them - and that's the reason they're all there!
- When the counter isn't on you're struggling to find them, because for some reason you've added shorter passing. Your midfield of 3 is trying to pass short through a compact midfield of 4. Your front three are waiting, but hardly get the ball.
- They're static. Depay does well on the left, but the other two don't provide too much. For the most part, the 3 of them are camped on the shoulder of 4 defenders. It doesn't make sense. At least one needs to drop off and be available for a pass.
- In defence, the front 3 is doing nothing. The AML/AMR do track the fullbacks somewhat, but let them go 15-20 yards in the opposition's half still. That means Rafael and especially Shaw have all the freedom to be available for a pass, to pull your players wide before passing back to the middle or cross. Letting the fullbacks (Shaw in particular) go was a big part of your downfall here.
I'm not going to spoon-feed you any more. I've given you quite a bit to think about. Read my advice, think about it and try and understand what I'm saying. Watch the match (or even a section of it) again to see what I'm talking about. Make sure you see it too.
Edit: Why did you give all 3 of them attack duties? You had a W/S before, but you changed it. Why?
