Can't win away

So what do you do when you can't win away games for the life of you? I hate it when my team is a monster at home but then gets rocked away consistently...

I know the game suggests more positive team talks, but is that the only thing I can do? Do counter strats have a better success rate?

Do you have different tactics? Or do you use the same home and away? If you do then i'd suggest setting up more defensively away and playing on the counter attack

Finally fixed the problem and now on an incredible smash everything run!

Had to counter for a bit and then they got the hang of it!
