How do I activate the capital one cup? I'm playing as a lower league team, and it's a real possibility for silverware, but it's not in the game. Is it possible to activate it in the editor?

Not with anything to do with England. I activated lower leagues from Wales, could that have done anything?

I honestly have no idea to be honest, it's a strange one. Never had it happen me before..
