Hi, Im Cardiff, using the Summer Update in Pre-Season and I have about 1.6 million to spend for a good Centre Midfield.

What Nuno said. The likes of Darron Gibson may come to you. :)
 
Aaron Ramsey will join you on loan usually. Arsenal have a leniency to loan him back to Cardiff. And he's always delighted to rejoin his former club.

Also, what contract shall I offer Verratti? I always get really close to signing him, but the deal always falls through when I offer him a contract.

Not long of transfer window left, about to start my first league match
