No mate they're useless my one suggestion when you're offered a new contracts by the club try and negotiate it as low as possible so you have more of a wage budget!

No you cant do anything with the mone as the game only focus on being a manager and nothing else. Having à high salary combined with a longish contract makes you sit safer in the boat though.
