I've had Carlos Fierro since day one of my spurs save but I don't think he is developing as much as I think he should. To be fair, I've not given him a decent run of starts. When he does start (mainly in cup games) he just doesn't put much of a shift in. However, when he comes off the bench, he's amazing. Is there any specific tactic I could use to get the best out of him or which position upfront gets the best?
So frustrating. Got the potential to be a good player for us but I can't work out what to do with him.
