Carroll on the left or right?

Im playing a 442 with Liverpool, just wondering which side Carroll should play, ill explain -

What I have at the moment -

----Carroll (Target Man(Att)---Suarez(Pchr(Att)----
Hazard(IF(Att)---------------------Cole(Wgr(Spt)/Kuyt(Wgr(Att)
-----Meireles(CM(Spt)-----Gerrard(Adpl(Spt)
Cissokho(WB(Spt)------------------Johnson(WB(Spt)

Now should I play Carroll on the right or left? Obviously he is left footed but I was thinking if he played on the right he can cut balls back inside easier for Suarez who is right footed but can use his left aswell. Also what should I have crossing on? Whether Carroll is on the right or the left.

Play him on the right as a Target man support.
Suarez on the Left as a poacher or advanced forward (attack)
In tactics select float crosses.
Down near the bottom click the target man box and select Carroll.
Then set distribution to head.
Will bang in goals this way mate.

Cheers mate, been playing Carroll on left and Suarez on right but will switch it up and see how i go. Been going pretty well with it so far though -

Carroll 17 apps 12 goals 7.46
Suarez 10 apps 8 goals 7.53
Ngog 8 apps 10 goals 7.60
Hazard 16 apps 9 goals 10 assists 7.99

31 goals 3 conceded in the league, will switch it up and have a look

5-1 over stoke first game, goals from gerrard, kuyt, carroll, hazard and agger lol, seems to make no difference, but will see it out.

if you play have him and suarez set to swop position, then he will play on the left and right intermittantly throughout the game whilst still being a targetman, also makes him and suarez harder to man mark.
