Catalan and Pais Basque database

Hello there,

I am not good with database creation, but i d love if somebody can make a pais basc and specially catalan database (As is where i am from)

The professional teams can still play in the spanish league, similar to Andorra, san marino, etc... they can also have their own nonprofessional only leagues, or something similar...

And most importantly, the national teams, then Spain cannot call them, or can be double nationality like san marino - italy.

Could anybody do that please?

I have a database were pais basque is playable but al the teams (like bilbao, sociedad) play in a basque league.
And I also have a database were Catalunia is merged whit Andorra. but it was made for FM10 so i don't know if it works on fm12
