Celtic - CB, RB, CM

I'm in my first season with Celtic and I feel some players in these positions are not doing the job. Glenn Loovens is a poor CB as ikt is, Josh Thompson is too inexperienced, and Gary Caldwell has a long-term injury. I need a CB who is a tall guy, good heading and marking attributes to play alongside Jose Goncalves.

RB Andreas Hinkel is always finding himself out of position, and it is causing too many opposition chances. I need a RB with good pace, passing and, most importantly, positioning.

CM Marc Crosas is always passing straight to his opponents, is being beaten too easily and is not performing well. I need a CM with good passing, pace and creativity.

Unfortunately, I only have £2M to spend, but if there are any cheap guys or good loan deals going about, then I would like to hear about them. If £2M is too little, then the position I'm desperate for is CB.

For your CM in place of Crossas, look for Tinga, an 18 year old Brazilian. He is straight into my starting XI on my Celtic save, and midway through season one he has the best pass completion rate in the league. Also great for breaking up play at DMC.

For Hinkel, I persisted with young Paul Caddis, and he has come good. Has got the pace and he gets forward really well.

At CB I signed Hedwiges Maduro, pretty solid throughout the season.
