Starting at the end of the first season. Current squad is decent, need to get a few more in, Samaras and Mouyokolo are leaving. Hopefully no offers come in for big players. Got to the round of 32 in the Europa League. Defeated off of Juve on away goals after finishing 3rd on head-to-head record with Dortmund in the group stages. Won league and league cup comfortably.

will post pre season games and transfers soon

Just about to go into the first competitive match of the new season, with what should be a comfortable win.

Pre-Season;

New signings impressed however Forster picked up an injury and will be out for a month. Zaluska should be able to coveragainst weaker teams in qualifying.

Transfers;

The Greek lad has some champions league experience which will be vital this season, the two defenders look promising and will be integrated into the squad this season. As for outgoings, Matthews will be missed and still looking for a replacement. I felt as if we had enough cover for Balde and Sammy.

Dortmund & Ac are stepping up their challenge to sign Biton, with both bidding just under 8m. Managed to get him on a new contract though until 2018. hopefully I can coast my way into the group stages of the CL without picking up and substantial injuries.

First leg of qualifiers didn't go as smoothly as planned although two away goals should see us through. Also good to see Mitroglou get a debut goal! hopefully Forrest recovers in time for the second leg.

not only did Forrest recover he sent us through! despite what the scoreline suggests we dominated the game and never looked like losing. Helsingborg in the next round will be a tough fixture.

More news in the transfer front as Patrick Van Aanholt as been brought in on loan as cover for Emilio and Lustig when he needs a rest

The 3rd qualifying stage paired us with Helisngborg, a tough fixture. However we totally dominated the game and highly rated Nir Biton got on the scoresheet.

It was pretty much the same story in the away leg, however they did get an away goal and the penalty was considered 'soft'. Was also good to see Mirtoglou score again and it seems as if he's settling in nicely.

On to league action now and our first fixture was a tricky one, ICT away has always caused problems for celtic, however this time we coasted by them with a convincing 5-1 win. A really strong performance with wonderkid Balanta scoring twice.

We now play Partick Thistle and St Mirren before traveling to Rosenborg in the play-off games for the UCL.

We also have, which is most likely our last dealings of this transfer window, a new goalkeeper to challenge Forster. Benoit Costil, formally of Rennes in France. We picked him up on a free, however he has picked up an injury and won't be back until at least the second leg of against Rosenborg. We were also close to signing Guidetti from Manchester City however the contract talks broke down after the player's wage demands were too high.

Yet another win the league and more goals to add to Miroglou's tally. The only downside being Forrest's injury which rules him out of the double header with Rosenborg.

Despite dominating majority of the match it took two late goals from stokes to give us the win against The Buddies. Rested a few of the players as we had the crucial game away at Rosenborg midweek.

Next up was the biggest game of the season so far, however I was disappointed not to score even though we dominated the game and had many great chances. Makes the home leg all the more difficult now, however, i have the confidence that my team can secure a home win and a place in the group stages of the UCL.

A good win against Dundee UTD here, Mitroglou once again showing why we paid good money for him by getting a brace! Van Dijk also getting on the scoresheet was also a good sign! never really looked like losing.

We did it!! a fantastic 2-0 home win against Rosenborg puts us into the group stages! Stokesy with the first half goal, showing he is still good enough for the first team and giving competition for Mitroglou. Van Dijk scoring once again showing how crucial he is in this team. We now await the draw for the groups.

We were handed a tough group. Will need to win home and away against Anderlecht to qualify. After that it will come down to who can take the most points off of Real Madrid who are clear favorites. Should be interesting to see who does go through in 2nd.

We were unlucky here to encounter our first defeat of the season. The early red card unsettled us and we had to play with 3 center backs which doesn't suit us. Didn't want to lose anything up front and believed 3 at the back would've been enough. Broony missing the penalty was unfortunate. we dominated possession and shots, however we were just unlucky here. Players were also a bit tired after playing midweek as well.

The Champions League is going better than expected! 3 draws and 2 wins. We were very lucky in the Real Madrid game, although we do deserve credit as we defended very well. Super Joe also scored a 93rd minute winner in the San Siro. Game finished 1-0.

We now only need to Match Ac's result to qualify. However, playing midweek most weeks has affected our league form as we are only 1 point clear of hearts after 14 games. Hearts also defeated us in extra time in the Scottish league cup. Finally in our last match we progressed into the 5th round of the Scottish Cup after a 2-0 win over St Johnstone.
The Treble hopes are still alive and kicking!
