Celtic in the English Premiership

i was wondering if i edited FM so Celtic was in the premier league, would they still receive financial backing like scotland or would they act as a normal financial prem club?

I've just started a game with Celtic and Rangers in the Prem and It's a real struggle. Celtic have a £2m budget but Rangers only have a few hundred thousand. Think next season (If we stay up) then we'll get the TV money etc. and have a bigger budget though. Hope this helps. Hail Hail
