Want to know how many centre backs is sufficient for first team squad,

currently have six, is that too many?

Cheers in advance

James.

normally i have 4...2 first team 2 back-up..i think 6 is enough in-case of injuries

Depends what formation you use? 4-4-2? etc, i personally think 6 is to many (wages blah!) i try to have no more then 4, if need be bring in a young/reserve team player to cover if any injuries arise, 4 is plenty imo :)

do your 6 have secondary positions? if not i'd consider selling 1 or 2.

unless two of them are conving other positions then its too many.

I usually have 5 but one of them will be versatile or is young so doesn't require too much playing time.

I normally have 4/5, 2 main, then 2 or three quality young kids to play if anyone gets injered, make sure there good tho or you will suffer when you need to play them, I normally have a 24 year old, and then two 18-20 year olds.

Currently using 4.1.5 with Celtic.

Was thinking sell O'Dea And Loovens

This tactic has certainly put a few quid on players value so should get a bit was going to move for Diego Lugano anyway as he's perfect for this tactic.

I try to have 5, mine always seem injury prone. I also prefer having my backups being capable of playing SB as well.

I personally go for 4 proven CBs and a youngster just prooving himself.

I usually play with lower tier teams, so having a 5th youngster proving himself is often not a possibility unless one comes through the youth system (which is rare).

I have 5. 2 first choice, 2 backup(1 usually a youngster) and one that can play in other positions

five at most mate get rid of one or maybe two i say ;)
