I like the idea but you'll need committed players to do it. It will difficult in a 20 team league to have 20 committed players so maybe do a league with 8-12 teams. Also how will transfers work? Will we bid for them and then whoever bids the best gets the player or will it be first come first serve? With the amount of money you can do it 2 ways: either everyone had the same rep, money and facilities etc. or another way is the teams with higher rep have less money than the teams with lower reps. was thinking that 10 clubs, play each other 3 maybe 4 times. facilities and everything to 16 so there wont be too many and too less great players. was thinking auction style. everyones rep would be 5000 so there would be something to raise. also it would be 5000 so some better players like costa or isco, or reus would have problems with the club and want to leave. so the owner of that club would have to sell him cheaper and that kind of shat. more competitive. for money i was thinking it could be 100 mil to 500 mil, but there would be a limit of a players max value could be 100 mil or smth
