chairman details

Hello,
i have edited a new chairman and board onto sheffield united on my new save.
my only problem is that there are contract details showing for them when i look at the staff/board screen in the game, every other club's board is blank.
i have copied the layout of other board members of other clubs in the editor, so can't work out why it's showing differently in the game.
help please

also, i know i had this problem on a previous edition, but can't for the life of me remember how i solved it.

i got a problem with my chairman, everytime i assign one to a created club, its someone different when i've loaded the game, does anyone know what i'm doing wrong?
