Chairman Game!

hey guys, depending on the interest i'm going to start a Chairman game. This would involve 20 people taking over barclays premier league clubs and maybe have a team of 3 who are also in the FA and decide England manager. Yous would choose budgets, sack managers and also buy players from other clubs. You can invest as much as you want but that would lead to administration and a 10-point deduction. thanks guys, il post more information and the rules later on! Have to say it's not actually my idea, i've saw it happen a few times but it's never really went far but im determinded to make this one work. Once the rules are put up everyone can choose their teams and the game would start on another thread that i would make.
