Challenge mode team help

I have recently done a YouTube series on the challenge mode the saviour cometh which for a channel my size actually went down quite well. On the last video that I made for the series I asked if anyone would like to see more Football manager 2013 from myself and one person said yes they want more challenges but with a different team in a different country.

So the question I ask you is what club should I use for the next challenge which is the injury crisis one? If you could help I would appreciate that a lot

If you want to suffer, then pick random team in "lower" league - like austrian, czech, slovak, hungarian, polish.....

If you want to have it just "challanging" just pick better team from better league....
