(There are no recent articles, speculation has obviously died down because everyone realised he's overrated ) But I don't think there is a definate answer to the question, wait and see?

I will only believe that he has signed when i see a reliable source (e.g. bbc sport, sky sports) or when Arsenal report it themselves.
