champion league bug

lads, i have just got atalanta to 4 th place in serie a in 2 seasons after being protomed. after the last game of the year i recieved 2 emails saying that i had been entered into the champions cup (champions league?) at the best placed third qualifying round. thought this was all gravy and then i got another mail saying that i have been entered for the euro cup (europa league im guessin) and i have been entered for the 4th qualifying round for that tournament aswell

does this mean i will drop into the 4th qualy round of the europa league if i fail at the champions best placed play offs. or am i entered for both competitions. which will destroy my small squad of beautis.

on my save italy still has 4 champions league places with 4th place being entered for quali round

If you don't progress in the Champions League qualification rounds, you will be placed into the Europa League qualification rounds.
