Champions League glitch

LOL anyone else had this glitch? I beat inter in the semi but the game seems to think I won the champions league even though I haven't played the final yet.

Yeah some other people have, I think they put it in the "funny random things in FM" thread

Yeah it's a known glitch.. think they sorted it on the new patch, although I'm not 100% sure.
