Double promotion, now in the championship, just been taken over, which is even better( Finally have more than 100 pound to spend), 18m to spare, i need a AMR,AMC and an AML. Any suggestions welcome, currently searching for regens as well.

kerim frei from fulham might be a good buy for amc and you should get him for 3-5 mil and he turns out to be a great player when he gets lots of match experience
