Championship players!

I have just started a Brighton save. And I have no idea who I should buy. I have just got FM12, could someone give me some advise on players to buy and good tactics. Would be much appreciated.

How much do you have to spend?

Darwin Quintero is probably the best Championship player you can get for a decent price, he costs about £1m but can get 20-30 goals a season!!!
Also, if you don't have much money, try going through the big clubs reserves to find cheap players/players you could loan in.
