Intro:
Good day all, I haven’t done one of these for a while now. But here goes.
This is a 4123 tactic (4 Defenders, Def Midfielder, 2 Central Midfielders and 3 Strikers)
What you need for this tactic:
GK – The best you can get
WB – Good crossing a must (very important position in this tactic)
CB – Passing and the general defensive stats
HB – Tall, good passing and defensive stats
BWM – just use filters for the main BWM attributes
AP – the playmaker of the team, good passing and decision making
DLF – Pace, Finishing and crossing
F9 – Passing, Finishing
Best team for Man Utd and Salford:

What to do when:
Dominating the game: Leave tactic as is
Early goal down or being dominated: Counter Attack
Training and Match Prep:
Pre Season
General Training: Fitness and Very High
Match Prep: Match tactic
After the tactic is Full trained
General Training: Balanced and High
Match Prep: Attacking Movement
** I only try the one on top, you are more than welcome to try different training and give your insight **
Opposition Instructions:
Let the Assistant Manager do that for you
Team Talk:
Let the Assistant start, then Assertive, Passionate or Calm “I have faith in you”
Going Down a Player or Players:
Remove the one of your DLF Striker and place it in the player send-off position.
After that you are a bit screwed, but remove the other DLF Striker.
***Please do test or try and leave your comments***
Will update on my Salford games after every 10 games
EDIT:
I use these filters to search for players: View attachment 96998
