Change league rule - number of ''trained by club'' players

Do anybody knows how to change rule about the number of player that must be trained by club, for some league.

That guide is quite detailed. So I'm gonna start after you convert to the advanced rules.

You go down to the nations tab
Then click on it and search till you find the Fixture Rules
Now here is the tedious bit

Search the rules for those that include home grown players.Then remove those rules and save it. And you're done.

Once again, I'm amazed that everybody thinks it necessary to use advanced rules for this...
