Change name of manager?

Is there a way to change the name of my manager? I know about adding a nickname but I want to change the actual name. Thanks.

Retire & add a new manager

You could just create a nickname for yourself or, not sure if this works because I have never used it but, download FMRTE (Football Manager Real Time Editor) and you can do it there.

FYI, if you use the nickname feature where it would say M Power for me it would say the entire nickname so if you chose Alvin Rodriguez it would appear everywhere with no abbreviations
