Change Number of Subs in Italy/Serie A

Bit of a strange request this one..

Was wondering if someone could advise me how I could go about changing the amount of substitutions allowed in the Italian Serie A. Currently, it is a rather ridiculous 3 from 12 system. I'd like to reduce this to the more sensible 3 from 7.

How would I go about using the editor to do so?

Would appreciate any reply or feedback.

I know that the pre-game editor has the capacity for such a change; however, I'm not sure how to implement it.

Advice would be appreciated..

oad pregame editor, add nation rules, choose italy, edit existing comp. the division should be in the dropdown to edit.
