changeing player positions (bale) ???

i have got bale and his a amazing LB&LM but the way i play is with two attacking midfield winger AML&AMR i would love to have him as a AMR and play him as a inside foward so he can cut in a smash the ball in the net on his left peg. how do you train a player to play in a new postion and how long does it take ect ?????

Go to his training page, and choose the available options in the drop down menu.

It doesn't take that long, as long as you keep playing him in his new position
