Changing Clubs in Europe

So I thought I knew how to do this. Turns out I don't, lol

Basically I've rejigged the leagues so they're like they were back in 95/96 - y'know, when Blackburn were reigning champions and Forest were the only English club in Europe post-Christmas!

But, despite having manually altered previous competition, finishing positions etc, teams competing in Europe are still those from the 14/15 season... I wouldn't have thought this is hard-coded, so what am I missing?

Under the Champs / Europa League ---> "Registered teams" there is a list of teams taking part in the first season. You need to manually remove the teams from that list and add the "correct" ones.
