Changing club's transfer policies?

Is there any way to change the transfer policy of a club through the editor? For example, making BPL clubs able to only buy British players, making French clubs only able to buy French players, etc.

I'm pretty new to the editor, and I've looked for something which would let me change it, but I can't find anything. Does anyone know how I could do it?
