Hi, I hoping to get some help on how to (if possible) restructure the management of Tottenham. I would like to control both first team and reserves but at the moment i have a reserve team manager.
The current structure is:
1st Team - Me > Assistant Manager > Coaches
Reserve - Reserve Manager > Coaches
I would prefer:
Me > 1st Team Assistant Manager > Coaches
> Reserve Team Assistant Manager > Coaches
I would have selection and match control over both teams and the assistant managers would take charge of match day training and friendlies (reserve team assistant manager).
Is this something I could do in game or will i have to use the editor?
