The only way I can tell you is to add the image to the pack. The steps to do that are as follows:
1- Go to Preferences and look for the "show unique ID".
2- Go to your profile and see what's the ID of your manager. Copy that number, from now "ID".
3- Set ID as the file name of your image and move it to your facepack's folder.
4- Edit the settings.xml with notepad.
5- Go to the end of the file.
6- Before the bottom and closing of all tags, you'll see likes that are the same except for the numbers. Each line has one number in two places.
7- Copy one of those lines.
8- Paste as a new line in the next.
9- Replace the number with ID in both instances of the line.
