Is this a new thing on FM12? I use 2 or 3 different tactics that I have downloaded from this site but when I go to my tactics screen while still playing it wont let me switch to a new saved tactic and confirm it. Yet I can do it at half time and make minor adjustments during the match, just not a full tactic reload.
