Changing the Egyptian League rules and structure

Hello I'm new here .

I downloaded the Egyptian League from the additional leagues section but as the season started after this file was made this season is two groups of 18 teams each of which contains 9 teams and the first two teams of each play a one leg league to decide the winner .

Also I found that D2 Cairo winner promotes to D2 lower which is wrong as the winner 3 groups of D2 promotes to the Premier division .

Could anyone edit that , thanks .

You could do it yourself, that's fairly basic stuff
