This will allow you to change your starting year, you can only advance forward not backwards.
Make sure both are run as Administrator.

Image shows I was successful in starting in 2010 just few slight issues which will be resolved on the next release.
Instructions:
Load FM 19 skip intros get to the main menu.
Alt & Tab out and open CM2Kfm19.
Pick a starting year, click confirm to change.
Ctrl + 1 to Inject the change (You will hear "Activated").
Start your new game.
Known Issues:
Game will crash or freeze if you try to start before 2018.
This will be fixed on the next release.
