Changing which competitions carry champions league qualification

Hi guys, how can I change which competitions in a nation qualify teams for a champions league/europa league (how the places are distributed)? I've looked everywhere and can't find a thing.

You'd need to rebuild the comp through add continental cup and in the advanced rules but i think its still a bit bugged at the min.
