charlton financial problem

hi guyz ,

managing charlton at the moment and i'm doing well in the championship at 1st place , but the problem that i suffer is that i can't renew any player in my team or i can't buy any free agent players , so , it's a financial problem

so can anybody tell me how to solve this problem before i promote to the premier league , here are the screenshots

u could sell a couple of players to help ur wage budget
u could just wait until u get promoted because u will get an increased wage budget

etc etc etc
 
youre 27k over your wage, thts not good
 
Id try and sell a couple players and adjust the wage budget when you get the transfer money and do what cuddles said and wait till your promoted and get more money.

but there is no offers for the players who i wanna sell , what to do ? :(

you could terminate their contract
 
Then only get rid of players willing to leave. Keep Lloyd Sam and others or offer them money for a mutual termination.
 
I play Charlton too...

Who should I buy/sell??
I have big wages player, Jonjo Shelvey but if I release him, I dont have any ideal player to work on his position, any recomend?? :O

Shelvey is very good I would keep him but if you're desperate for money you could sell him and get Verratti, he costs like 500k and turns into one of the best players of the game.

but Verratti didnt interest for moving to Charlton..I buy Sven ****..and Adlene Guediora..but they can't play as well as Shelvey..

Okay..I change my question..I had money for transfer is 8M..and I stil use Rob Elliot for my keeper..I buy Kristof Maes, is he good??
This is my worst season I play with Charlton..I never got win in premiership..it stil a half season and transfer window is open now..please help me to choose a good keeper I should buy and a fairly striker I should buy too with my transfer budget no more than 8M euro..

just like our managr had to do IRL, your gonna have to sell the big earners matey. if you havent already, get rid of moutakil, hes **** and earns loads

I release moutakil on free..I didnt like him..I bought Chiro N'toko to replace him..
