Louis Reed - Only a few hundred thousand i think. Will take a fair amount of work though i've had £20m+ bids for him in my career.

Thomas Carroll is absolute quality, i have bought him on multiple saves.
Louis Reed also turns out to be an extremely handy player if you look after him.
Luke Garbutt is a very consistently good left back.
Brendan Galloway and Ryan Ledson potential wonderkids (Rare to get them cheap though)
Jordan Rossiter and Solly March are also worth a punt.
