Marius Lundemo - Lillestrom Great player for under 2mil

Álvaro Medrán from Real Madrid Castilla could be a reasonable addition to any Championship team.
His stats are all around and solid for a Championship team and has the potential to develop into an interesting Premiership player (for mid table teams at least).

Also he isn't particularly expensive... Around 350k € (£272k) if you're decently good at negotiations.
