Cheap, free and loan players for league 1

I am looking at doing a league one save soon. Possibly Portsmouth and was wondering what good free players, free or cheap loan players and general bargain players are good and willing to join a league one side. Any bargain wonderkids or high potential youth players willing to sign? All positions. Also anyone know the starting transfer
budgets for league one teams?

thought might be a handy thread for everyone not just me

Quintongo - ST/RM -Morton - Never had him but been told his amazing
Gribbin - AM - Man Utd - On loan , class act.
Leon Davies - RB - Cambridge - Wonder kid (brought in installments)
Prepah - RB - Free transfer , young cover.

I am playing as Northampton , Ryan Mcgivern and Lewis Mcgugan are on short term contracts (£600pw) , both could probably be signed easy as another club.

Benni baningime. Still got him 4 seasons on in the prem with Charlton.

Also Lys Mousset from Bournemouth. Top scorer in league and then championship the next season.
