Cheap & High Quality Cb's

Hi guys on my first save with Everton in the EPL.
Got rid of Alcaraz and Distin won't be getting a new contract, leaves me with Stones & Jagielka.
Preferably need 2 extra cb's who are pretty cheap as rotation.
Struggling to find any...help appreciated.
(Ideally British, but if not its ok)

Get rid of Jags too. Get Balanta/Dede with the money - over 48 months = cheap and very effective!

Already tried Sviatchenko but he wasn't interested I'm getting Tomkins from West Ham for pretty cheap but could do with a youngster with potential.

Ended up getting James Tomkins for 3mil who isn't bad to be fair but he is only emergency backup.
As i predicted Distin actually retired so i picked up Frederik Sorensen for free (Valued at 10m after 2 games) He is brilliant and on really low wages also.
Vallejo looks class though
