Cheap yet efficient?

hey, started a season as Djurgarden from the swedish league, iv only got about 200k to spend and really could do with at least a new striker, but ideally a centre mid aswell. Any one?

Counago is a AMAZING ST. I bought him for Malaga I think. He is around 100k but he is unbeliable. He is 31 but his pace and finishing abilty is great. You will probably have to swap him out quite often though beacuase his natrual fitness is not the best but he is a TANK. I bought him for my Sunderland carear and he has scored on his debut against Perlermo.
