Cheap young players who start decent enough to go into a starting XI.

Ok...maybe the title doesn't make much sense, so i'll explain; i'm just wondering what young players there are (say u23) who are available for a few million or less and will slot straight into the first team of a top division side in the Premier League/La Liga etc

I'll make a template with each position and add players and their prices if people suggest them. I'll start us off with some of the obvious ones I know.

GK: Sommer (?), Hutar (?), Smithies (?)

LB: Rapa (?), Silva (?), Pieters (2-3mill)

CB: Kara (1mill), Xulu (?), Mathoho (?)

RB: Vrsaljko (1mill), Romario (2.7mill)

DM: Jali (350k)

CM: Yttergard (1mill), Bressan (1-2mill)

AM: Badelj (~4mill), Kovacic (1.5mill)

AML: Hlousek (?)

AMR: Vadillo (?), Sam (?)

ST: Sanogo (2mill), Kadlec (~3mill), Fierro (1-1.5mill), Torres (2.5mill)

Edit: On second thoughts, let's make it 25 or under so it may be a little easier!

Andile Jali, DM, 350k, only 21 years of age..
Ruben Yttergard Jenssen, 1mill, early twenties..
 
Dunno his name off the top of my head, but that young LB who plays for Galati isn't bad.

GK - Marc-Andre Ter Stegen. Hands down, Prem quality even at 18. May not necessarily be cheap (at about £12m), but can be world class for ~20 years.
CAM - Marco (?) Kovacic. Will be better than Modric, only 17.
CB - Danny Wilson, often listed by Liverpool at the start, ~5m or less.

As for ST's, there's also Kadlec and Erick Torres that will fit straight in.

Yup Mateo Kovacic is great. Also Kara would make a much better CD. On my Spurs save in 2015 he has better stats than Otamendi, who as we all know is an excellent player.

Since you've already got two good cheap young Croats on that list, might as well throw in Milan Badelj but he goes for something like 5.25mill..

If being u23 isn't a serious issue, Itumeleng Khune for ~300k is a truly value-for-money 27-year old GK, as well as Siphiwe Tshabalala(lalalalalala) for 300k as a BPL first-teamer if you're not a top 6 club. He's a LW.
 
I forgot Bressan! He's between 1 and 2 mill isn't he? How much is Kovacic? I know a lot of the others are decent, but aren't they all a little pricier?
 
I'm not too bothered about the age, but I personally don't buy players over 25 normally. I'll get adding to the list.

Any players without prices that I know I've put in a rough number off the top of my head, feel free to correct me.

Kovacic, depends. If you get a deal before he's 18 and wait for him to come, he'll cost ~£1.5m. If you wait till after, you'll pay about £5-6m
 
Ahh, I see. I'll put a starting price, because I originally thought about it wondering how decent a team you could build from scratch for 20mill (or just not much in general) at the start of the game. I also lowered Badelj because I've seen him go for that and I don't want to break my own rules haha

Kadlec is more toward £5m, as you have to outbid Benfica usually :/ There is Welbeck on loan too at the start of the game, if you're including loanees.

Even if I only had 20m to spend, I'd still land Ter Stegen. Best GK on the game within 5 years :P
 
Ter Stegen is the only keeper I buy if I have a little money, but still spending 14mill on a goalie with 20 or 30mill overall wouldn't leave you with massive options!

If he can include loans Sturridge(sp) is a good option

You can also have Smithies or Hutar but wait for Raikan to post here something and you will see which are your best options
 
Once I get lots of names for each position I just need to wait for someone to make a challenge I can use some of them in like an FM-Base club!

I really struggle with really cheap wingers, it's a position I seem to struggle with on this sort of budget.

If anyone has a save from before the new patch in the first few months of the game and has genie scout it would be great if they could use it to get the sale prices I don't have.
