Checking star rating for National Team

I remember that in FM08, we were able to view the star-ratings of all the players in National Teams n National Pool...but here I am currently controlling Argentina n can't see the start rating from SCOUTS-MAIN or SCOUT-OTHERS view n therefore hard to select new players good for team. Can u please tell me if the Star-rating system is available for national Teams n where to find it?



I probably mentioned it earlier. But I already done what u asked for. Buth then also itss not showing. I am posting a snap for easy understanding.

Why its happening ? Is it fixable? How?
Is it happening cause me handling a club n a national team simultaneously?

You probably should get an assistant manager.

Probably i did mentioned that i had 2 assistant managers for both of my team each.
